We continued our trip around Walt Disney World in pursuit of the Pride Month treats with a stop at the Norway Pavilion at EPCOT. The Pride rainbow layer cake has returned to Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe.

Colorful Almond Frangipane Cake layered with Chocolate Ganache

The sweet cake is complemented by the bitter notes of the ganache for a well-balanced treat.

The medallion is the standard Disney Parks white chocolate and adds nothing to the dish.

The portion size is perfect for sharing, which will keep the cake and chocolate from sitting too heavy in the heat. We recommend the Pride rainbow layer cake.
