As Pride Month kicks off, the Disney Parks Blog has shared some of the new ways guests can commemorate, as Disney reinforces their commitment to recognize and celebrate the contributions, cultures and experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community.
This year, at all four Walt Disney World theme parks, look for all-new incredible, Pride-themed backdrops celebrating love. Each park photo wall is unique, themed to its surroundings and honors the diversity and pride within the LGBTQIA+ community. Here we see the one for EPCOT, we previously spotted the Purple Wall’s overlay at the Magic Kingdom.
For those who want to do something a little different, Disney PhotoPass Service will have photo props like a rainbow umbrella, Magic Shots and colorful photo opportunities throughout Walt Disney World, plus new virtual backdrops at the Disney PhotoPass Studio at Disney Springs.
At Disney Springs, guests will find new décor and photo opportunities in celebration of Pride Month, as well as a new photo opportunity inspired by “Love, Victor” – a Hulu Original Series. Don’t miss the Disney Springs Art Walk, which celebrates the work of both local artists and artists from around the globe and currently features a new piece from Chad Mize, a multimedia artist, designer and muralist.
Locations including T-REX Cafe, Kendra Scott, Kate Spade New York, Coca Cola Store and more will also have exciting offerings throughout the month of June. Learn more here about the latest Pride Month offerings at Disney Springs.
Of course, no celebration is complete without food! Coming soon, keep an eye out for this month’s Foodie Guide for limited-time food and beverage offerings available throughout Walt Disney World and Disneyland.
Four new MagicMobile pass designs for iPhone, Apple Watch, and select Google Pay-enabled Android devices will be available. This one reads “Share Your Pride” with the Progressive Pride design.
The second is a purple gradient with “Disney Pride” to the left and a Mickey silhouette with the Progressive Pride flag on the right.
The third is a simple rainbow design with Mickey’s hands making a heart symbol. Hearts are visible on all sides.
And finally, the fourth design features the Progressive Pride Flag on the right with “Belong, Believe, Be Proud” on the left.
No matter what guests are celebrating, an iconic ear hat has been a Disney tradition since the very beginning. Guests of all ages can get them embroidered to celebrate all kinds of milestones from “First Visit” to “Just Married.” Beginning this month, Disney is introducing new stitching color options to Share Your Pride. These new personalization options will be available year-round and feature the colors of the pride and transgender flags. Personalization options will soon be available at Disney’s Wonderful World of Memories at Disney Springs and other locations throughout Walt Disney World.
Plenty of Disney Pride merchandise is already available over in California, from standard to even “Star Wars”-themed, and more seems to be on the way. The Walt Disney Company will be donating all profits from the Disney Pride Collection sales now through June 30, 2022, to support LGBTQIA+ youth and families. For more information about organizations Disney is funding, visit TWDCPrideCollection.com. In Central Florida, the collection is benefiting Zebra Coalition.

I don’t see the Pride MagicMobile ticket options when viewing available types.
I personally know the family featured in the photos and can attest that they represent the best aspects of family: love, hard work, responsibility, and acceptance. Wonderful spokespeople for Disney and wonderful people in general: very proud to call them my friends
