Although construction on the new Disney Vacation Club wing of the Disneyland Hotel only went vertical in March, Disney (for once) is wasting no time on getting the new wing up in the sky and ready for guests! There’s been quite a bit of progress since our last visit, so let’s check in!
While previously the tower was only on its second floor, we now find that the tower has hit floor seven in some parts, floor six in others.
From the pool area, we still see the large crane above the structure, with towers of rebar stacked at least another couple of floors further. Based on the concept art released last year, it’s set to hit as high as eleven to twelve stories, so there’s still a ways to go.
Of course, there’s still a ways to go even now. We look forward to staying at this new tower when it opens, but how about you? Let us know in the comments below.
