Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Preview Coming to D23 Expo 2022

D23 just announced that Disney Parks will host the Wonderful World of Dreams pavilion at this year’s expo. The pavilion will have “behind-the-scenes glimpses” of several upcoming Disney Parks experiences, including Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.

The new attraction featuring Princess Tiana from “The Princess and the Frog” will replace Splash Mountain at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland in 2024.

The story of the ride is that Tiana, with Naveen and Louis, sets off on a journey to host a unique Mardi Gras party. Guests will be “active participants” in the ride and it will end with the “ultimate Mardi Gras party.”

  1. Everyone reading this keep in mind that disneys official announcement about this presentation didn’t say what they were going to be talking about specifically.

  2. Everyone is not interested in this Splash Mountain re theme. The Save Splash Mountain petition on Change.org is now at 93,000 signatures. I hope we would get some better people to work Disney that would understand our problems with re themes of classic attractions. Other than that this Splash Mountain re theme is not going to share the same success as the Tower of Terror re theme. The reason why Mission Breakout at Disney’s California Adventure worked so well because the Marvel attractions and products that Disney is doing right now in their parks and cruse lines is very popular than Princess and the Frog. Which is why a lot of people are protesting and fighting against the re theme. In all honesty this re theme to a classic attraction well known attraction is just so bad it’s unbearable. On the other hand a lot of angry people will get Disney to not aloud any more classic attractions getting re themes in the Disney Parks after Walt Disney’s work.

  3. I love how disney continues to push this despite nobody wanting it Wake up disney leave splash mountain alone and build tiana somewhere else
