Hey there, hi there, ho there! We headed down to the Disneyland Resort to check out the first wave of Halloween merchandise that has hit the park. So join us for this photo report from Disneyland and Downtown Disney.
It may be 103° outside on this warm August afternoon, but it’s time to break out the sweaters and Pumpkin Spice everything because Halloween has begun at Disneyland.
All of the below merchandise and more can be found in our video tour of the collection right here:

We found a huge selection of Halloween merchandise at the Emporium in Disneyland and World of Disney in Downtown Disney. Take a look at a few of our favorite pieces, like this Mickey pumpkin mug, and follow the link to see the whole collection.
In addition to the general Halloween merch, we also found a few IP-specific collections like this Hocus Pocus merchandise.
For fans of “Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas,” we found several new pieces to add to your collection.
And for classic Disney spooky style, there is a whole collection of housewares and accessories featuring the classic Silly Symphonies cartoon, “The Skeleton Dance.”
With all that merchandise out of the way, let’s head into the park.
There’s not a whole lot going on today, but there are walls up around the Matterhorn.
This is a planned refurbishment that is taking over the entire footprint of the attraction.
The construction walls are lined with informative posters in several places. Follow the link to read each of the posters in detail and see more of the mountain.
The first of the pumpkin decorations are installed in shop windows along Main Street, U.S.A. We just love this Gibson Girl pumpkin, and she’s all set for a classic Victorian Halloween tea time ice cream party.
Well, it’s TIME to get going.
One final parting shot from Main Street, U.S.A. The Dapper Dans joined the Disneyland Band and Mickey and Friends to sing and dance in front of the Train Station, making for a magical moment for all involved.
Well, that’s it from us here at Disneyland. We’re glad you rode along. Be sure to leave a comment below, letting us know what you think of the photo report. We’ll see ya real soon!
