The show is narrated by Thakery Binx, overlooking the 3 sisters and other Disney villains such as Dr. Facilier from “Princess and the Frog,” Oogie Boogie from “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” and Maleficent from “Sleeping Beauty” all causing mischief in Magic Kingdom.
The Villains work alongside to concoct a Hocus Pocus party potion to throw the most villainous party Magic Kingdom has ever seen!
