Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park Closing in November for Refurbishment

No sooner than we broke the news that Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park was reopening on November 13 with new “Frozen” theming, we learned that Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park would be closing.

Disney confirmed that Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park will close on November 13 and will be down for an undisclosed amount of time for refurbishment.

Both water parks have not been open at the same time since early 2020, when the pandemic shut down the theme park for a little over three months.

  1. Well I hope both water parks will be open Sep 2023. Disney trips are £2k more than they use to be and I want to get everything I paid for.
