PHOTOS, VIDEO: Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park Reopens With New ‘Frozen’ Theming at Tike’s Peak

Disney’s Blizzard Beach water park has reopened following an extended refurbishment that began on January 2, 2022. The recently announced “Frozen” retheming of Tike’s Peak has debuted with the reopening.

Many guests were lined up and waiting, excited for the reopening.

While Ice Gator may have been removed from Tike’s Peak, he can still be found at the park.

Snowgies have been added to the Tike’s Peak sign. Three are climbing on the letters while one sits on each signpost.

The Ice Gator photo op is safe and sound amidst the “Frozen” retheming.

Tike’s Peak is a children’s splash pad play area. The snowgies used to be baby Ice Gators.

Some of the snowgies are spitting tiny fountains.

Olaf is perched nearby.

Anna and Elsa (as children) are building a snow castle with the help of some snowgies.

As Disney seems to be only operating one water park at a time right now, Typhoon Lagoon is now closed.
