“Jingle your bells with delightful dishes and libations from the Great White North—at the Canada Pavilion” is the way Disney describes the Yukon Holiday Kitchen, available during the 2022 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. This year, Yukon returns with the same menu as last year’s festival, with plenty of beer and hearty dishes.

Seared Scallops with Parsnip Silk, Apple Chutney, and Hazelnut Croquant – $6.75
The scallops themselves are tasty, with no grit — they’re tender and well-cooked. However, the apple chutney is way too sweet. It overpowers the dish, which is too delicate to stand up against the sweetness of the chutney.
Beef Bourguignon with Crushed Potatoes – $6.00
The potatoes are creamy, but there are some potato skins left in for a heartier taste. The sauce is very wine-forward but has a good balance of sweetness. The beef is incredibly tender and fell apart, which was good. There are carrots in it too. We loved this dish.
SNICKERS-Doodle Cookie made with SNICKERS bar pieces (Holiday Cookie Stroll) – $3.00
A classic snickerdoodle cookie topped with rich chocolate and Snickers bar pieces, this is sure to please. We wish the topping covered the entire cookie as those are the best bites, but it’s still an enjoyable treat nonetheless. The cookie itself was soft and crumbly, seemingly quite fresh.
Frozen Coffee (nonalcoholic) – $4.50
The frozen coffee offering here was good. It has a smooth and creamy consistency, but nothing about it stands out or makes it a must-try item.
*NEW* Collective Arts Coffee Maple Porter, Hamilton, Ontario (5.5% ABV) – $5.50 for 6 oz., $9.50 for 12 oz.
Collective Craft Beer says this “started as their flagship porter and then added copious amounts of both Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup and freshly roasted coffee from Detour Coffee. The result is a beautiful marriage of chocolate and sweet maple syrup, balanced with the notes of freshly roasted coffee beans.”
Frozen Coffee with Tap 357 Whisky – $12.50
The whiskey coffee found here in Canada has a strong taste, but it’s super smooth. For someone who usually doesn’t like whiskey, it surprisingly tasted great with the coffee. A definite winner at this booth.
