Good morning from EPCOT! Today we are spending the day here and plan on doing some shopping and trying some food from EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. We also plan on stopping by the All Star Resorts later today to take a look at the Christmas decorations. We will be sure to report on all the new things we find today. Let’s get started!
The Te Fiti figure at Journey of Water Inspired by “Moana” is now visible from inside the park. The new figure stands at 16-feet-tall and towers over the construction walls.
Recently scaffolding was removed from this rock wall at Journey of Water, Inspired by “Moana.” The swirl is now fully visible from inside the park. Journey of Water Inspired by “Moana” will open in late 2023.
New mugs have arrived in Creations Shop. We found a pair of ceramic mugs inspired by “Bambi.” Both mugs feature an allover print of Bambi and Thumper.
There was also a new Star Wars mug that states, “May the Force Be With You,” and features a lightsaber handle.
A Millennium Falcon play fort has blasted into EPCOT. The tent is designed to look like the Millennium Falcon and the inside features the control room and a zippered door.
A Mickey Mouse fuzzy piglet pink wireless headphone case was also available for purchase.
Winnie the Pooh was out greeting guests in his holiday attire.
As we made our way around the World Showcase, we spotted some new ornaments. First we spotted a Norway Pavilion Sketchbook ornament available in The Fjording.
The back of the ornament features characters from “Frozen.”
In Volkskunst Clocks and Crafts two new Mickey and Minnie Sketchbook ornaments were available.
In Art of Disney a new Jafar light-up figurine is now available. The figurine features Jafar and Lago from “Aladdin.” The cobra eyes and flames light-up.
It’s time for us to head out of EPCOT for the day. In case you missed it, new signage has been installed indicating there may be a return of the parking lot trams. We will be sure to keep you updated if the trams start running again at EPCOT.
Our first stop was at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort. A tree was featured in the lobby with different sport themed decorations.
There were also wreaths lining the check-in area.
More 2023 merchandise has arrived in Sport Goofy Gifts and Sundries. A new 2023 monorail lunch tote is now available.
There was a 2023 Mickey Mouse Walt Disney World photo frame to showcase your favorite vacation memory.
There was also a 2023 reversible lanyard available featuring Mickey and friends. The other side of the lanyard states, “Ride, Snack, Repeat,” and also features the year 2023.
Next we stopped by Disney’s All-Star Music Resort. There was also a tree in the lobby featuring musical decorations.
In addition to the tree, wreaths were hung around the lobby featuring musical decorations.
In Maestro Mickey’s a new 2023 mystery pin set has arrived. The pin set features 10 different designs and each box has two randomly selected pins.
The characters include, Donald, Minnie, Stitch, Pluto, Goofy, Mickey, Daisy and Chip ‘n Dale.
Finally we stopped by Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort to check out the Christmas decorations. The tree and wreaths in the lobby were decorated with movie and film decorations.
