Over Two Dozen Attractions Currently Down at Walt Disney World

Over two dozen attractions, both indoor and outdoor, are currently closed at Walt Disney World. At the time of writing, 32 attractions were closed.

Closed Attractions

According to the National Weather Service (NWS), the Orlando area is currently under a severe thunderstorm warning, which may be related to the many closures at the park right now. One of our staffers in the Orlando area is also experiencing intermittent power surges.

At the time of writing, the following attractions were temporarily closed at Magic Kingdom:

  • Astro Orbiter
  • The Barnstormer
  • Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
  • Dumbo the Flying Elephant
  • “it’s a small world”
  • Jungle Cruise
  • The Magic Carpets of Aladdin
  • Pirates of the Caribbean
  • Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
  • Space Mountain
  • Swiss Family Treehouse
  • Tiana’s Bayou Adventures
  • Tomorrowland Speedway
  • Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover
  • TRON Lightcycle/Run
  • Walt Disney World Railroad – Fantasyland and Main Street, U.S.A.

Currently down at Animal Kingdom:

  • Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Mountain
  • Kali River Rapids
  • Maharajah Jungle Trek

Currently down at EPCOT:

  • Frozen Ever After
  • Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros
  • Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
  • Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana

  • Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure
