The 100 Years of Wonder celebration at Disneyland officially begins on January 27, 2023, but the arrival of new Disney100 merchandise is already in full swing. We spotted this Dooney & Bourke Disney100 Platinum Collection last month at Walt Disney World, but today we found it at The Disney Dress Shop in Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort!
Dooney & Bourke Crossbody – Disney100 Platinum Collection – $228.00
The crossbody has Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto, Chip ‘n Dale, and Tinker Bell in 1920s attire against various art deco backgrounds. The design is screen art on coated cotton, and according to Disney, pattern elements may vary since each piece is unique.
The front of the bag has an exterior zippered pocket with a silver pull tab. The lower half of the bag has the signature ”Dooney & Bourke” embossed metal label on the front. The roomy interior features two slip pockets and is lined in silver fabric. In addition to the interior slip pockets, there is one zippered pocket with a braided zip pull, a cell phone pocket, and an interior key hook.
Dooney & Bourke Tote Bag – Disney100 Platinum Collection – $298.00
The Dooney & Bourke Tote Bag also features an allover pattern of Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto, Chip ‘n Dale, and Tinker Bell in sparkling attire. A large zippered front pocket runs across the front of the bag, and the ”Dooney & Bourke” embossed metal label on the front is located at the top of the bag.
A removable Disney100 leather tag hangs from the handle.
The top of the bag features a zip-top opening with a feathered pull tab.
Inside the gray fabric-lined bag is a zippered pocket, a “Dooney & Bourke – Since 1975″ leather logo, an interior zip pocket, two interior slip pockets, braided zip pulls, a cell phone pocket, and an interior key hook. The bag measures 9 1/2” H x 5 1/2” W x 11 3/4” L and has a 10″ L handle drop.
Dooney & Bourke Satchel Bag – Disney100 Platinum Collection – $298.00
If you don’t want the bulkiness of a large bag, but prefer it to have traditional handles, then this Dooney & Bourke Satchel Bag is a perfect choice.
It includes all the features the same exterior features of the crossbody and tote bag, including the front zippered pocket with a gray feathered pull tab and a” Dooney & Bourke” embossed metal label on the front. Two silver leather carry handles are attached at the top of the bag.
The side of the bag shows off the genuine leather trims, and zip top closure with leather pulls. The satchel also has a removable leather tag embossed with ”Disney100” and a Mickey icon design hanging from one of the handles.
