We may not talk about Bruno, but we definitely want to talk about Vibrante & Vívido: Encanto Cocina, a food studio available during the 2023 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. This Encanto-themed kitchen serves up dishes that are as pretty as Isabela!

House-Made Chorizo and Potato Empanada – $6.75
Served with Turmeric Aïoli and Annatto Aïoli
This is best savory dish of the event. It is a massive portion, stuffed full of well cooked potatoes and chorizo. The sauces add a spicy kick that is not too intense for any palate. An EPCOT snack that can be truly filling. Highly recommended!
Spicy Ajiaco Soup – $6.50
Served with Guajillo and Árbol Chili-Spiced Chicken, Potato, Avocado, Corn, and Crème Fraîche
Another dish with a great portion size for the price point. The soup has many different flavors with the right level of a spicy, flavorful kick. The chicken is tender. The only problem we had was the potatoes were slightly undercooked.
Passion Fruit Mousse – $5.00
Served with Dragon Fruit Jam
Very tart, but quite good. Those who like a fruity dessert will want to stop for this sizable and photogenic treat. The white chocolate medallion on top features art inspired by Mirabel from “Encanto.”
Coconut and Passion Fruit Smoothie (Non-Alcoholic) – $4.75
This is passion fruit forward with a hint of coconut. There’s coconut shavings in it. It might be worth it just for the cute souvenir cup.
Frozen Piña Colada – $14.00
This is a nice drink for a warm day. It’s your standard piña colada, but sometimes that’s all you want.
Passion Fruit Daiquiri – $14.00
This tastes like the POG juice at many Walt Disney World restaurants. We couldn’t taste the alcohol at all. We wouldn’t recommend this.

Encanto may be one of our favorite Disney movies in recent history, and Vibrante & Vívido: Encanto Cocina may be one of our favorite food booths from any EPCOT festival. We highly recommend making a stop here during your visit to EPCOT.
