The new Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin restaurant Rosa Mexicano will open tomorrow, March 19. The full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu has been released on the Swan and Dolphin website.
Rosa Mexicano Breakfast
The breakfast buffet is $29.99 for adults and $19.99 for children. It includes crispy bacon, pork sausage, chorizo sausage, ranch-style potatoes, scrambled eggs, pancakes and Mickey waffles, guacamole and toast, and omelets. The continental breakfast buffet is $21.99 for adults and $11.99 for children and includes fruits, Greek yogurt parfaits, hard-boiled eggs, pastries, tres leches overnight oats, oatmeal, and cereals.
There are also non-buffet options, like eggs your way for $21, churro waffles for $23, and chilaquiles divorciados for $23. Sides include bacon, chorizo, potatoes, fruit, and guacamole. There are two cocktails, the Michoacán Mimosa for $12 and the Bloody Maria for $15.
Rosa Mexicano Lunch
There are several guacamole options available at lunch. Starters include a quesadilla, chicken flautas, nachos, and chicken tortilla soup. There are two salads and a large selection of tacos. There are customizable sandwiches and sides that include black beans, Mexican rice, and sweet corn esquites.
Rosa Mexicano Dinner
The dinner menu is much longer with a selection of wines, beers, margaritas, cocktails, and mocktails (not pictured). It includes some of the same guacamole options as the lunch menu, plus ceviche.
Starters include tacos, nachos, chicken flautas, and salads.

There are then several parrilladas, enchiladas, tacos, and à la carte options.
Among the sides is “Let Us Pour Queso on Anything For You” for $5.
