While the Refreshment Port is a standalone location located within the World Showcase at EPCOT, that isn’t stopping them from getting in on the fun that is the 2023 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. This location is typically known for poutine and ice cream, so for the festival, that’s exactly what they brought— a shrimp scampi poutine and a peanut butter and jelly waffle cone.

This has fries and cheese but absolutely no gravy, so it’s not really poutine.
It’s not super fishy, and the sauce itself is good. It’s a gimmick poutine.

This is amazing! The jelly tastes like the grape smoothie from the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. It’s like a grape soda from the ’80s. The peanut butter flavor is great, too. We would eat this every day, and it’s a great boost after some of the other Flower & Garden food.

Refreshment Port is located just before the Canada Pavilion as you enter World Showcase from World Celebration. You can find it at number 23 on the map below.
The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will run from March 1 to July 5, 2023.
