The new, brightly colored dress is themed after the famous Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room attraction located in Adventureland at Magic Kingdom in both Walt Disney World and Disneyland.

The bright orange dress is a v-neck and features a knot in the front. It has darker orange lines throughout the dress, giving it a tropical look. It also features a bouquet of tropical pink, red, and yellow flowers on the top left.

The darker orange border along the bottom of the dress features the stars of The Enchanted Tiki Room; José, Michael, Fritz, and Pierre. Did you know that José is voiced by Disney legend Wally Boag? He was a famed comedian and was also known for his starring role in Disney’s long-running stage show, the “Golden Horseshoe Review.”

The bottom of the dress also features a tropical floral pattern that includes birds of paradise, hibiscus, and orchids that run along the seam. If you’ve been to the Enchanted Tiki Room before, you know that the Orchids are a part of the show, and they love to sing.

As you can see from the back view of this dress, it has a cinched waist. The pattern is the same on both the front and back of the dress. The dress also features pockets on either side below the waist.

You can find the Enchanted Tiki Room dress, part of The Dress Shop Collection, in Uptown Jewelers at Magic Kingdom.

Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room

Having first arrived at Disneyland in 1963, the show now known as Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room was an opening day attraction at the Magic Kingdom called Tropical Serenade. It closed in 1997, reopening in 1998 as the heavily-changed Enchanted Tiki Room (Under New Management).

After a fire in 2011, the theater in the round was refurbished to return to the original show, albeit with some edits.

The attraction has around 225 audio-animatronics and lasts just over 15 minutes.

The Enchanted Tiki Room still operates at Disneyland, and a similar attraction is located at Tokyo Disneyland. However, the Japanese version is called The Enchanted Tiki Room: Stitch Presents Aloha e Komo Mai!, features Lilo and Stitch, and is the only version to not feature the classic earworm theme by the Sherman Brothers.
