TRON Lightcycle Run is officially open at Magic Kingdom more than five years after it was announced. To celebrate, a line of TRON Lightcycle Run opening day merchandise is available.
TRON Lightcycle Run Passholder Opening Day T-shirt – $39.99
The Passholder exclusive tee is dark blue with bright blue and white text that says: “The Grid Goes Live 2023.” A valid Annual Pass is required to purchase this item. The shirt also reads the attraction’s opening location: Tomorrowland, Magic Kingdom.
TRON Lightcycle Run Passholder Opening Day Pin ‘The Grid Goes Live’ – $17.99
This pin is also limited for purchase to Annual Passholders only. It reads “The Grid Goes Live 2023.” It states the opening location and “Passholder” in the center.
TRON Lightcycle Run Opening Day Shirt ‘Powering Up’ – $44.99
The opening day tee available to guests who do not hold an Annual Pass is a lighter shade of blue with white text.
The text reads “Powering Up 2023.” The four colored icons are the team logos. They are blue, orange, red, and yellow. All riders on the TRON Lightcycle Run attraction are on team blue.
Using this guide, we can see the team logos represent B for blue, O for orange, R for red, and Y for yellow. The O on the shirt looks as though there’s a slight difference from the guide.
TRON Lightcycle Run Opening Day Pin ‘Powering Up’ – $17.99
This enamel pin features two zooming Lightcycles and “TRON Lightcycle / Run Tomorrowland Magic Kingdom 2023” written below.
TRON Lightcycle Run Opening Day Giant Pin ‘Initiating Upload Sequence’ – $59.99
This is a large enamel pin featuring a Lightcycle and limited to only 1,000 available for purchase.
It reads: “INITIATING upload sequence in…” along the top. “Powering up 2023” is along the bottom.
TRON Lightcycle Run Opening Day MagicBand+ – $64.99
An opening day MagicBand+ was also released for the TRON Lightcycle Run official debut.
The year, TRON, and the team logos are all printed on the box.
This MagicBand+ is limited edition.
It also works with Amazon Alexa.
The center puck has “TRON Lightcycle / Run” printed on a black background.
It is seated in pale blue packaging to match the attraction’s theming.
The band reads “Enter the GRID” with a Lightcycle on one side, and 2023 on the other. The band is primarily black with white text.
