Join us for “Wild at 25: An Unauthorized Field Trip”, an event presented by WDWNT celebrating the 25th anniversary of Disney’s Animal Kingdom! We welcome you and your friends and family to attend this free meet-up at the park on April 22, 2023.
The group planning this event began throwing celebrations of Disney theme park anniversaries back in 2007 with Celebration 25 and has since marked Disney Parks anniversaries around the world.
The event will consist of free-to-attend meet-ups at some of Animal Kingdom’s attractions and shows on April 22, as well as a free-to-play interactive game for actual prizes.
Here is the tentative event schedule:
April 22, 2023 – Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park
Morning – Please enjoy official activities including a ceremony at the Tree of Life and commemorative merchandise releases
11AM – Group lunch at Flame Tree Barbecue on Discovery Island: Grab some grub and meet us in the seating area for a group meal and meet-and-greet
12PM – Distribution of “The Return of Little Red” game materials at Flame Tree Barbecue seating area
1PM-2PM – “The Return of Little Red” game participants may hand in their completed game forms on Discovery Island in front of the Tree of Life
2PM – Group show at “it’s tough to be a bug”
Afternoon – Free time to enjoy Disney’s Animal Kingdom attractions, entertainment, and more
6PM – Prize ceremony for “The Return of Little Red” game at the “Big Blue Fence” in Chester & Hester’s Dino-Rama
6:15PM-8PM – Countdown to Dinoland’s Extinction: With the inevitable demise of the land, we possibly say goodbye to long-standing Animal Kingdom attractions:
