Disney Magic HAP-Pins 2023 Pin Trading Event Sold Out

If you were looking to trade some pins this summer and pick up some new, limited edition items, hopefully you got your tickets to the Disney Magic HAP-Pins 2023 Pin Trading Event, because tickets are now sold out entirely!

Disney Magic HAP-Pins 2023 Pin Trading Event Sold Out

Registration opened up today for the Disney Magic HAP-Pins pin trading event at 1:00p.m. Within seven minutes, the premium Sorcerer Package had sold out for guests, and the wait list had opened.

By 1:36p.m., the lower Apprentice package had also sold out with the wait list opening. It’s unknown when the wait lists reached capacity, but now it’s no longer possible to even join the wait lists as they are “over capacity.”

This year’s pin trading event is being held at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, a change considering most have been held inside the parks in recent years. With the event sold out, guests may have to wait until next summer to get their pin trading on if trading in the parks just isn’t good enough.

Magic HAP-Pins Pin Trading Event Admission

Guests can attend the special trading event this year at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort by purchasing one of two packages — the Apprentice or the Sorcerer.

For $100, guests can pick up the Apprentice Package, which includes the following:

Access to trading area on August 25 during event check-in
Admission to the Disney Magic HAP-Pins Event on August 26
Opportunity to participate in the Random Selection Process (“RSP”) to purchase event pins prior to the August 26 event
Access to trading activities with Disney
Access to trading area with other event guests
Opportunity to meet Disney Pin Partners and preview upcoming pins
Pin Artist Signings
Limited Edition Commemorative Gifts – Approximately $50 in retail value.

Additionally for $200, guests can instead pick up the Sorcerer Package, which includes the following, with exclusive perks in bold:
