A new Disney100 collection of merchandise featuring animated musical characters is now available at Walt Disney World. We found these items World of Disney in Disney Springs.
Disney100 Musical Crocs – $47.99
The Crocs feature Band Leader Mickey on the toes. Other characters are set against pink and purple swirls.
Other musical characters include Ariel and Sebastian from “The Little Mermaid,” Baloo from “The Jungle Book,” and even the professor from the intro to Disney Sing-a-long Songs videos from the 1990’s!
The straps, soles, and interior of the shoes are light purple.
Disney100 Musical Socks – $16.99
If you like to wear Crocs with socks, then these are very similar in style. Band Leader Mickey is embroidered on the ankles. Purple music notes are patterned across the rest of the white socks. They also have purple heels and toes.
Disney100 Musical Youth Tee – $26.99
The youth tee is short-sleeved and features such musical characters as Genie from “Aladdin,” Peter Pan & Tinker Bell, Mirabel from “Encanto,” Joe Gardner from “Soul,” and Tinny from Pixar’s “Tin Toy.”
Disney100 Musical Photo Frame — $29.99
This frame fits a 4″x6″ photo and features Band Leader Mickey and several other Disney characters.
The Disney100 logo can be seen at the top, while the base of the frame reads “100 Years of Music and Wonder.”
Musical stanzas and notes swirl back and forth around the edge of the frame.
Disney100 Anniversary Celebration
Across almost all six resorts and on a global scale, Disney is celebrating “100 Years of Wonder.” This celebration is the largest event ever thrown by The Walt Disney Company. The heart of the celebration takes place at Disneyland Resort, as it is “The Place Where it All Began.”
The party kicked off on January 27, 2023, in Disneyland Resort, and is expected to last through July 2024.
At Walt Disney World, Disney100 will mostly be celebrated at EPCOT with Mickey and Minnie in their new platinum outfits. A new Spectacle of Light will debut on Spaceship Earth, and in late 2023, a new Disney100 nighttime spectacular will replace EPCOT Forever. This show was brought back after the end of Harmonious in early April but has only returned as an interim replacement.
In addition, Journey of Water, CommuniCore Hall and Plaza, World Celebration Garden, and Dreamers Point featuring the “Dreamer” statue of Walt Disney are all scheduled to open in late 2023 at EPCOT.
Platinum Disney100 decorations were installed at all four Walt Disney World theme parks and at Disney Springs.
Collectible Disney100 medallions and Disney100 pressed pennies are available throughout the resort.
