Theme park hours for Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom have been extended in early August 2023 (and one date in July).
Magic Kingdom
On July 26, Magic Kingdom hours have been extended. The park will now be open until 11:00 p.m., instead of closing at 10:00 p.m. Extended evening hours on that day have been shifted to run from 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. The park will still open at 9:00 a.m.
On August 11, hours have been extended in the morning for Magic Kingdom to open at 8:00 a.m. instead of 9:00 p.m. Early entry will therefore begin at 7:30 a.m. The park closes to regular guests that day at 6:00 p.m. for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
If you’re planning a Magic Kingdom trip this fall, keep in mind the park will close at 6:00 p.m. for day guests on all of these party dates:
- August: 11, 15, 18, 22, 25, 29
- September: 1, 4, 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 26, 28, 29
- October: 1, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, 22, 24, 26, 27, 29, 31
- November: 1
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, guests can enjoy some extra time in the park in the mornings from August 6 through 12. The park will now open at 8:30 a.m. instead of 9:00 p.m. each day, shifting early entry for hotel guests to 8:00 a.m. The park will still close at 9:00 p.m. each night.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Disney’s Animal Kingdom has similarly extended hours in the mornings of August 6 through 12. The park will open at 8:00 a.m. now instead of 9:00 a.m., so early entry will begin at 7:30 a.m.
From August 6 through 10, the park will still close at 7:00 p.m. On Friday, August 11 and Saturday, August 12, the park will stay open until 8:00 p.m.
