If you were hoping to meet Max Goof as Powerline or Chip ‘n’ Dale in their Rescue Rangers outfits, you’re sadly out of luck — both character meet and greets have now been relocated and updated to their original versions without costumes.

Chip ‘n’ Dale

Chip ‘n’ Dale can now both be found on the grassy lawn by The Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant at various times throughout the day. They also carry around pumpkins with portraits of themselves carved into them as we head into the Halloween season. Both could previously be found wearing their costumes from “Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers” at the former FastPass+ distribution area for the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular.

Max Goof

Max, on the other hand, has traded in his Powerline costume for his original getup from “Goof Troop,” and moved from his former meet-and-greet area on Grand Avenue.

Guests can now meet Max by Echo Lake, in the same area where characters from “The Incredibles” were previously meeting earlier this year.

Donald Duck

Donald has also been relocated from the character sighting lawn at the Brown Derby, and guests can say hi to him at Echo Lake, just outside of 50’s Prime Time Café.

During our visit to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Donald was meeting guests alone and there was no sign of Daisy. It’s possible she could come back in her own spot or join Donald, or not return at all.

Goofy

As for Goofy, he is still meeting guests in his same spot on Grand Avenue, just by the entrance to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. He’s also still wearing the same Hawaiian shirt addition to his regular costume.
