Passholder Night Reservations Disappear Within One Hour at Universal Orlando Resort

Earlier this morning, Universal Orlando Resort opened registration for their 2023 Passholder Night on August 26. Due to overwhelming demand, reservations were fully booked in under an hour.

Passholder Night Fully Booked

An announcement was made a few minutes after 9 a.m. that reservations could be made, and as soon as a few minutes after 10 a.m., Universal was already informing interested parties that the night was at capacity.

Upon visiting the Universal Orlando Resort website, a promotional section for the special event is there, but with a new disclaimer.

We’re sorry, this event is at capacity. We can no longer accept new reservations. Please note that if you cancel your reservation, you will be unable to book a new time as space is no longer available. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Passholder Night, part of Passholder Appreciation Days, will be on August 26 from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. The event last took place in the summer of 2019, prior to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Guests with annual passes got access to Universal Studios Florida for a few extra hours in the evening, with various exclusive offerings. Such a long absence may be the reason for this swift disappearance of availability.

If you did miss out on securing a spot, Universal Orlando Resort will still continue to celebrate Passholders from August 15 to September 30, 2023. During this time, UOAPs will have access to exclusive merchandise, menu items, discounts, and other opportunities. Details are not yet announced. Last summer, we got an exclusive Revenge of the Mummy magnet during Passholder Appreciation Days.
