Darth Vader Ear Headband – $34.99
The headband is covered in black pleather and lined with red velour.
The bow at the center is black with a debossed diamond pattern.
At the center of the bow is a metal charm inspired by Darth Vader’s chest plate, with white, red, blue, and gray “buttons.”
The ears are striped with black pleather and a softer dark gray fabric.
The edges of the ears have red piping.
It includes a black veil reminiscent of Darth Vader’s cape.
The backs of the ears are just black pleather.
The Darth Vader ear headband was released on shopDisney in early July.
Glow-in-the-Dark Darth Vader Loungefly Mini Backpack – $88
The top half of the backpack looks like Vader’s helmet, while the front pocket looks like his chest plate.
His helmet has shiny pleather eyes, and more details created with silver fabric, gray debossing, and stitching.
Shiny pleather is around the main pocket’s zipper and inside the side pockets.
The side pockets are decorated with patches showing more fake buttons and lights.
The straps are also made of the shiny black pleather.
A silver-gray TIE Fighter is printed on the back.
A “Star Wars” and Loungefly plaque is on one side pocket.
The details actually glow in the dark.
The interior lining has a pattern of alternating red and black squares featuring Vader’s name and chest plate.
We also found the Darth Vader Loungefly at Walt Disney World.
Darth Vader Returning in ‘Ahsoka’
Hayden Christensen will return in some form as Anakin Skywalker, a.k.a. Darth Vader, in “Star Wars: Ahsoka.” The series takes place after the fall of the Empire and subsequently Vader’s death, so he may appear in flashbacks or as a Force Ghost. Hayden Christensen last reprised the role in “Obi-Wan Kenobi.”
In “Star Wars: The Clone Wars,” Anakin trained Ahsoka Tano as a Jedi. They last encountered each other in “Star Wars Rebels.” The live-action “Ahsoka” series will act as a sequel to the animated series, which ended with protagonist Ezra Bridger disappearing into hyperspace with Grand Admiral Thrawn.
Ahsoka made her live-action debut in “The Mandalorian,” in which she was searching for Thrawn. She returned in “The Book of Boba Fett.” Ahsoka was voiced by Ashley Eckstein and is portrayed in live-action by Rosario Dawson. Anakin was voiced by Matt Lanter in “Star Wars: The Clone Wars.”
“Ahsoka” season one will be eight episodes. It will have a two-episode premiere on Wednesday, August 23.
