While traveling Magic Kingdom at the various trick-or-treat locations located throughout the park, we’ve noticed a change in the way candy is distributed at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2023.
Trick-or-Treat Candy Being Scooped
Previously, Cast Members would simply grab handfuls of candy to give to guests, but are now being provided with scoops. This is happening at all trick-or-treat locations.
As a result, we’ve noticed larger helpings of sweets given with a more consistent amount every time.
The treat trail is sponsored by Mars Wrigley, so those are the candies you will find at the stations. Here are the locations:
Main Street USA
- East Side of Main Street, Market Street Welcome (until 8 p.m.)
Adventureland
- Walt Disneyās Enchanted Tiki Room
- Tortuga Tavern
Frontierland
- Tom Sawyer Island Dock
- Country Bear Jamboree
Liberty Square
- Columbia Harbour House
- Sleepy Hollow (allergy-friendly)
Fantasyland
- Mickeyās PhilharMagic
- Pinocchio Village Haus
- Gastonās Tavern
- Arielās Grotto
Tomorrowland
- Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor
- Walt Disneyās Carousel of Progress
- Near Entrance to TRON Lightcycle / Run
- Cosmic Rayās Starlight Cafe
Allergy-Friendly Trick or Treating
Guests with food allergies should speak with a Cast Member to receive a special treat bag, which will signal Cast on the treat trails to offer allergy-friendly treat redemption tokens.
Before the end of the night, guests can exchange these tokens at the Liberty Square Ticket Office for their choice of allergen-free treats.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween party is a separately ticketed event that runs on select nights from August 11 through November 1.
