We noticed some scrim on the exterior of Columbia Harbour House in Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom, suggesting the facade is being refurbished.

We first noticed the scrim on Monday, September 18. It’s on the side of Columbia Harbour House facing the Peter Pan’s Flight building.
The brown scrim matches the roof and detailing of the restaurant’s facade, so it almost goes unnoticed. On Monday, two drainage pipes were over the scrim.
On Tuesday, the drainage pipes had been removed.
We didn’t notice any other differences to the facade, but it’s possible more scrim will go up if the refurbishment is planned for the entire exterior.
The quick-service restaurant remains open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. most days. It closes at 4:45 p.m. on Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party event nights.
Columbia Harbour House serves New England-inspired fare as part of the colonial-themed Liberty Square. Dishes include a Lobster Roll, New England Shrimp Boil, Grilled Shrimp Skewer, Grilled Salmon, Sea Captain’s Fish Sandwich, Mixed Greens Salad, Chicken Strips, and Plant-based Crab Cake Sandwich. In addition to the standard French fries, guests can get clam chowder, green beans, hushpuppies, or rice as sides.
The Happy Haunts Milk Shake is currently available for the Halloween season.
