A neon sign for the Acme Corporation has been added to the set of Judge Doom’s treat trail at Oogie Boogie Bash 2023.

The new sign is on the brick façade, which resembles a warehouse, and reads “If it’s ACME it’s a gasser,” which Marvin Acme says when he meets Eddie Valiant in “Who Framed Roger Rabbit.”

The sign casts an extra sinister red glow on Judge Doom, who sometimes sits on his Dip Machine or shows off the Dip by killing a cartoon shoe.

The Acme Corporation is a running gag used in many cartoons over the decades. It’s featured heavily in the Road Runner cartoons, as Wile E. Coyote often orders Acme products. The Acme Corporation is at the center of the “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” plot.

Oogie Boogie Bash — A Disney Halloween Party takes place in Disney California Adventure each fall. Historically, the party has included attractions such as Villains Grove, the Headless Horseman, Frightfully Fun Parade, treat trails, Mickey’s Trick and Treat dance party, and photo opportunities. All lands within the park remain open during the Halloween Party, including Avengers Campus.

Unique meet-and-greet opportunities include various Disney Villains. Other past meet and greets included Clarabelle, Daisy, and Minnie posing as the Sanderson Sisters from “Hocus Pocus,” Bruno from “Encanto,” King Mickey and Donald from Kingdom Hearts, and Hercules.
