We swung by Studio Catering Co. in Disney California Adventure for lunch and tried their new Chile Relleno Burrito, Sopes de Chorizo con Papas, and Desert Pear Lemonade.

Chile Relleno Burrito – $13.49
Rice, Beans, Pico de Gallo, Chili Relleno, Salsa Roja and Crema wrapped in a Flour Tortilla and served with Tortilla Chips and Salsa Roja
The Chile Relleno Burrito is phenomenal.
The chile with the cheese inside is packed with flavor, and the rice and beans are a nice complement, along with the pico de gallo.
It is very indulgent with the cheese so it will be heavy.
Sopes de Chorizo con Papas – $10.99
with Refried Beans, Lettuce, Pico de Gallo with Nopales, Cilantro Crema and Pickled Red Onion (plant-based)
The Sopes de Chorizo con Papas are also very good. The chorizo and potatoes are seasoned perfectly, and the sauce on top is perfect with both.
The only issue is that the actual sopes are a little stale. But everything on top is tasty.
Desert Pear Lemonade – $6.49
topped with DOLE® Dragon Fruit
The Desert Pear Lemonade is super refreshing. It’s pretty sweet, almost tasting like candy. But you can definitely taste the pear, too, and it’s lovely on a hot day.
