Walt Disney World

Magic Kingdom

• The salt mine peak of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and its queue barn mural are taking shape at Magic Kingdom.

EPCOT

• Before Journey of Water, Inspired by “Moana” opens to all EPCOT guests on October 16, Disney invited students of the Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida, along with Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings, plus helped Make-a-Wish grant the wish of a “Moana” fan.
• The World Celebration Disney Vacation Club kiosk has reopened at EPCOT following a refurbishment.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

• Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be closing early on December 10, 2023, likely for a private event.
• The “Elemental” photo op that has been available in Pixar Place at Disney’s Hollywood Studios since June has been removed.
• The new Grand Avenue structure is beginning to look more like a building. We visited the park for a construction update.

New Merchandise

• Don this new Mr. Toad ball cap to keep your head protected during your next Walt Disney World trip.
• Several new stoneware mugs are available at Walt Disney World — perfect for your favorite warm winter drink.

Other Walt Disney World News

• Disney has extended park hours at Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom once again, this time in late October and early November 2023.

Disneyland Resort

• Disney has confirmed the final 2023 performance date for Magic Happens parade at Disneyland Park.
• Four months after the red stagecoach made its return to Frontierland in Disneyland Park, a reference to the Society of Explorers and Adventurers (S.E.A.) character Jason Chandler has been restored.
• The new winter apparel collection, “Holiday Homestead,” has arrived at the Disneyland Resort, with items to outfit everyone in the family.
• We’re well into the spooky season, but new Halloween items for Magic Key Holders have arrived at Disneyland Resort.

Disneyland Paris

• The Disneyland Paris compilation album of park music past and present, “Euro Disney: L’Album Officiel,” is now available on music streaming platforms.

Hong Kong Disneyland

• Ahead of the grand opening of World of Frozen at Hong Kong Disneyland, a new POV of the Frozen Ever After attraction has been posted online by Disney Magical Kingdom Blog.
• Before World of Frozen opens at Hong Kong Disneyland on November 20, Disney has released a full list of “Frozen”-inspired food items that will be available at the new land.
• Disney has shared more photos from inside World of Frozen, a new land opening on November 20 at Hong Kong Disneyland.
• Disney Magical Kingdom Blog shared a video of the full “Playhouse in the Woods” show featuring Anna, Elsa, and Olaf that will be part of World of Frozen when it opens in November.

The Walt Disney Company

• The Walt Disney Company is donating $2 million to organizations providing humanitarian relief in the wake of the Hamas terrorist attacks in Israel.
• Disney has announced a first-of-its-kind partnership with TikTok to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Walt Disney Company.
