Mickey Mouse and the rest of the sensational six will be wearing brand-new festive costumes exclusively at Disney Jollywood Nights, the separately ticked holiday celebration at Disney’s Hollywood Studios that’s set to commence on November 11 and run on select nights through December 20. Disney Parks shared a closer look at the costumes on TikTok on October 23 after unveiling the new threads on Good Morning America last week.
Mickey and Friends Show Off Disney Jollywood Nights Costumes in TikTok Video
Mickey wears a yellow-striped boater hat between his ears, and the hat’s vivid teal hue is replicated on his overshirt. Mickey also dons an orange t-shirt, white pants, and pink shoes. Minnie wears a pink and green dress with yellow buttons and white detailing, and her outfit is completed with a festive bow attached to her right ear.
Goofy and Donald each wear green sweaters; Goofy completes his outfit with orange pants, a red, white, and green scarf, and a green Santa hat, while Donald rounds his out with a primarily red scarf and a pastel orange Santa hat. Daisy wears a pink sweater with a teal bow while Pluto dons red reindeer ears and a festive collar with a Starlight peppermint candy ornament.
Guests will be able to see the iconic characters in these threads exclusively at Disney Jollywood Nights. Meet and greets will be available in Animation Courtyard during offerings of the party.
Disney Jollywood Nights
Disney Jollywood Nights is a separately-ticked adults-centric holiday party that will commence at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on November 11, 2023. The party will take place on select evenings from 8:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
Party exclusive shows include “Disney Holidays in Hollywood” and “What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along;” “Disney Holidays in Hollywood” will take place at the Theater of the Stars and star Mickey and Minnie alongside Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Tiana, and Belle, while “What’s This? Tim Burotn’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along” will occur in The Hyperion Theater and allow guests to sing along to their favorite tunes from the 1993 stop-motion animated classic.
Other offerings include a ‘speakeasy singalong’ at The Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant and a Tip-Top Club-inspired soiree in the courtyard of The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror attraction. Several party-exclusive food and beverage options will also be available, read our full guide to them here.
Retro characters like Max in his Powerline garb, Chip ‘n’ Dale as the Rescue Rangers, Phineas & Ferb, and Edna Mode will also appear. Attractions such as Slinky Dog Dash, Rock N’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance (using a virtual queue) will be available to ride for partygoers in addition to the exclusive shows, dining options, and cocktails. Offerings of the party will conclude on December 20; the November 11 and November 18 parties have already sold out.
