Disneyland Paris celebrated 100 years of The Walt Disney Company on Monday morning with a special opening ceremony and cavalcade.

Natacha Rafalski, President of Disneyland Paris, shared video of the ceremony on her Instagram story, and later posted about it.

We’re celebrating 100 years of @Disney! From Walt’s dream to a global phenomenon, we are guided by boundless creativity on this extraordinary journey and I’m thrilled we get to be a part of this story. It was an honor to inaugurate this special day at @DisneylandParis in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle, a symbol that embodies the essence of Disney—where fantasies come to life, and where timeless stories are being told in incredible ways. Throughout the day, our Parks will continue to be a living canvas of Disney’s legacy with surprises and delights waiting for our guests.
As we reflect on the past, an exciting future awaits where creativity, innovation, and storytelling continue to guide our path. Here’s to the next 100 years of laughter, joy, and wonder that will leave us all spellbound!

Mickey, Minnie, and their friends appeared in their platinum and purple Disney100 outfits.

Rafalski and the Disneyland Paris Ambassadors spoke at the ceremony.

100 Disney VoluntEARS walked the Hub.

Rafalski then welcomed 100 Disney characters to conclude the ceremony.

Everyone from Clarabelle Cow and Horace Horsecollar to Mary Poppins and Bert appeared.

The characters danced with performers in platinum outfits to “Remember the Magic,” a song that originally debuted for the 25th anniversary of Walt Disney World.

Disneyland Paris shared some video of the ceremony.

Guests also shared photos and videos of the opening ceremony and cavalcade, which was performed before Disney Stars on Parade.

Dancers led the cavalcade, while Mickey & Friends were on a platinum float — a “Dream… and Shine Brighter” float that has been freshly outfitted since the parade’s conclusion last month.
