Tokyo Disney Resort will launch Disney Mobile Order at select dining locations on November 8, 2023, with plans to bring the service to more restaurants in the future.

Mobile order has never been available at Tokyo Disney Resort, leading to long lines at restaurants, and even restaurant wait times posted in the Tokyo Disney Resort app.
Disney Mobile Order will first be available at Plazma Ray’s Diner and Grandma Sara’s Kitchen in Tokyo Disneyland, and Casbah Food Court and Yucatan Base Camp Grill in Tokyo DisneySea.
It will work similarly to mobile order at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. When inside the park, guests will be able to use the Tokyo Disney Resort app to make their food selections, then order and pay. They will have a scheduled pick-up time to get their food. The pick-up time will vary depending on how busy the restaurant is.

Tokyo Disney Resort Announces the Launch of Disney Mobile Order
URAYASU, CHIBA—Tokyo Disney Resort® announced that Disney Mobile Order will be available starting November 8, 2023, allowing guests to order from eligible restaurants from anywhere in the Park using the Tokyo Disney Resort App.
This service will be available free of charge, providing guests the convenience of designating the pick-up time of their orders by using the App from anywhere, and anytime, in the Park.
With Disney Mobile Order, guests will be able to place their orders without waiting in line at the restaurant, and pick up their items at the counter. This offering provides added flexibility to their visit to the Parks, and more time to experience the fun.
At launch, Disney Mobile Order will be available at the four restaurants listed below. These restaurants will continue to accept orders at the counter as well.
Disney Mobile Order is scheduled to become available at more restaurants in the future.
