Whispering Canyon Cafe Offering Thanksgiving and Christmas Feasts
Details for the Thanksgiving and Christmas meals at the Wilderness Lodge restaurant this year include the following:
A Thanksgiving Feast
Guests can enjoy a three-course Thanksgiving feast on November 23, 2023.
The meal will include cornbread and a house salad before leading into a Thanksgiving skillet featuring oak-smoked turkey and barbecue. The meal will end on a sweet note with a seasonal dessert sampler.
A plant-based option will be available upon request.
There will also be menu changes on Thanksgiving Day. From 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on November 23, 2023, the usual breakfast menu will be offered. The special holiday prix fixe menu will be available from noon until 10 p.m. As a result, the regular lunch and dinner à la carte menus will not be available throughout the day.
Pricing for this meal is set at $47 for adults, plus tax and gratuity; and $28 for children ages 3 to 9, plus tax and gratuity.
A Very Merry Meal
On Christmas Day, December 25, guests can enjoy another three-course meal together.
Like the Thanksgiving meal, this dinner begins with cornbread and a house salad. The main course is a holiday skillet that includes barbecue and brown-sugar-and-maple-glazed ham. This meal will also include a seasonal dessert sampler.
Like the previous holiday menu, this dinner will also offer a plant-based option upon request.
This meal will also cause some menu changes on Christmas Day, with the usual breakfast menu being offered from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by the holiday meal from noon until 10 p.m. The normally offered lunch and dinner menus will not be available.
