From Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar to Amorette’s Patisserie, various Disney Springs eateries will be offering festive food and drinks this holiday season.
2023 Holiday Food and Beverage Offerings at Disney Springs
Walt Disney World announced the Disney Springs holiday menu items, most of which will be available beginning on November 9, 2023.
Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar
Festive decorations and holiday-themed treats are coming to Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar. The following food and drinks will be available from November 9, 2023, through January 1, 2024:
- O’ Ham N’ Cheese Trees: Puff Pastry, Pitt Ham, Cheddar Cheese, Garlic Herb Butter and Sugar Plum Jam
- Ganachery Board: Handcrafted Board for your Chocolate Displays
- Naughty or Nice Deviled Eggs: Crispy Ham with Sweet Honey Glazed (Nice) or Spicy Honey Glazed (Naughty)
- Cranberry Barbeque Meatballs: All-Beef Meatball, Cranberry Barbecue Sauce, Orange Goat Cheese, Granny Smith Apple, Spiced Walnuts, Orange Supremes and Crispy Basil
- Here We Come A-Croquetting: Turkey Croquettes, Sweet Potato Purée, Bacon-Cranberry Jam, Turkey Gravy and Herbed Gremolata
- Jock’s Famous Pigs in the Blanket: Debriziner Sausage, Puff Pastry and Cranberry Mustard Sauce
- Merry Margarita: Lunazul Reposado Tequila, Domain de Canton Ginger Liquer, Lime and Pear Juices, Cinnamon Syrup and Hibiscus Syrup—garnished with a Holiday Sugar Piece and Lime Wedge
- Ginger Mule: Frangelico Liquer and Stoli Vanil Vodka topped with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer and garnished with a Cinnamon Stick and Cranberries
- Eternal Snow Fall: St. Augustine Cane Vodka, St Augustine Gin, Tipplers Orange Liqueur, Siesta Key Silver Rum, Chipotle Pineapple Syrup and Sour Mix topped with a float of Bols Blue Curacao Liqueur—garnished with a Snowflake Sugar Piece and Star Fruit
- Holiday Cherry Cocktail: Stoli Vanil Vodka, Heering Cherry Liqeur, Simple Syrup and Red Cranberry Juice with edible Glitter—garnished with a Cherry
Amorette’s Patisserie
Indulge your sweet tooth with the Holiday Sweets Petit Cake — made with layers of Spice Cake, Cream Cheese Icing, and Apricot Jam with Fresh Apple Compote and Italian Buttercream.

The Olaf Hot Cocoa Surprise is a beverage made with a Milk Chocolate shell and filled with Ganachery Hot Cocoa Mix and House-Made Marshmallows.

The Olaf Waffle Sundae is a Bubble Waffle filled with Vanilla Soft-Serve, Peppermint Sauce, Candy Snowflakes, a Chocolate Edible Image, and Chocolate Sticks. It will be available November 9, 2023 – January 2, 2024.
Swirls on the Water
Holiday highlights at Swirls on the Water include:
- Frozen Hot Chocolate Float with Salted Caramel
- Dole Whip Sampler: Dole Whip Pineapple and Vanilla Soft-Serve with a Pineapple Wedge, Pumpkin and Salted Caramel Soft-Serve with Caramel Sauce and Caramel Crisp Pearls, Pistachio Soft-Serve and Purple Cheesecake Soft-Serve with Roasted Salted Pistachios

Holidays at Walt Disney World
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will begin on November 9 and take place on select nights through December 22. Four Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party dates are sold out, including the last party before Christmas day. Ticket prices vary depending on the date, from $159 to $199 for adults and $149 to $189 for kids (ages 3 to 9). Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can save $10 per ticket.
During Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, guests can enjoy Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks, Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration, Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, character meet and greets, and holiday attraction overlays. There are also complimentary treats and exclusive merchandise.
Beginning this year, a brand-new “Frozen”-inspired show called “Frozen Holiday Surprise” will be performed at Magic Kingdom, during regular park hours and during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
The 2023 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays will begin on November 24. Storytellers will share winter traditions from all over the world. At night, celebrity narrators will host the Candlelight Processional. Seasonal dishes will be available at the Holiday Kitchens. And Living With the Land will be aglow with Christmas lights.
At various resorts and EPCOT, guests can enjoy annual gingerbread displays. Disney’s Yacht Club Resort will have a gingerbread display for the first time this year, either in place of or in addition to its usual train village. There will also be gingerbread displays at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Disney’s BoardWalk Resort, and Disney’s Contemporary Resort, which have all had them in years past.
Guests can also celebrate the holidays at Walt Disney World Resort with Disney Jollywood Nights, an after-hours party at Disney’s Hollywood Studios; the roaming Merry Menagerie puppet show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom; the Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll; Santa Claus meet and greets; and limited-time food, beverage, and merchandise throughout the resort.
