UPDATE: As of about 2:15 p.m., the website is no longer crashing and the queue unpaused for many but issues persist.

Disney Lorcana: Rise of the Floodborn products were supposed to be released at 10:30 a.m. ET Monday morning on the Ravensburger online store. A minute before it was supposed to launch, they pushed the release to 11:30 a.m., but they didn’t end up opening the store at that time.

Some report that there were too many bots attacking the site, but this is not confirmed. Some buyers said they got through and then were kicked out of the website before being able to purchase.

At 11:20 a.m., the website was updated with a message message stating the online store was experiencing technical difficulties.

At 12:10 p.m., a new message read, “The technical difficulty has been resolved, the queue for Disney Lorcana Rise of the Floodborn preorders on the Ravensburger US Online store will reopen at 1:05 PM ET / 10:05 AM PT. If you return to the website now, you will be able to re-enter the presale page to wait for the queue to start.”

Guests who attempted to enter the online store at 1:05 p.m. saw the following message with their estimated wait time and how many users were in the queue ahead of them (if those numbers calculated).
