The ad features Goose the Flerken, who resembles an orange tabby cat. A small light floats around Goose, who then opens up her mouth, releasing her inner tentacles to catch the light.

The Sphere is an auditorium with giant LED screens inside and out. The exterior screen is 580,000 sq ft. The building is 366 feet high and 516 feet wide. The Sphere opened on September 29, 2023, with a performance by U2.

“The Marvels” stars Brie Larson as Captain Marvel, Teyonah Parris as Captain Monica Rambeau, and Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan.

Check out the official synopsis for the film below:

In Marvel Studios’ The Marvels, Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel has reclaimed her identity from the tyrannical Kree and taken revenge on the Supreme Intelligence. But unintended consequences see Carol shouldering the burden of a destabilized universe. When her duties send her to an anomalous wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary, her powers become entangled with that of Jersey City super-fan Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel, and Carol’s estranged niece, now S.A.B.E.R. astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau. Together, this unlikely trio must team up and learn to work in concert to save the universe as The Marvels.

In addition to Larson, Parris, and Vellani, the film also stars Zawe Ashton, Gary Lewis, Seo-Jun Park, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, Saagar Shaikh, and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury.

“The Marvels” acts as a sequel to “Captain Marvel,” a 2019 film that introduced the character Carol Danvers, a.k.a. Captain Marvel, on the big screen. Produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, it is the 21st film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Set in 1995, the story follows Danvers as she becomes Captain Marvel after Earth is caught in a galactic war between two alien civilizations.

In “Ms. Marvel” season one, Kamala Khan is a big fan of Captain Marvel. A special family heirloom changes her life forever, giving her surprising superpowers similar to Captain Marvel’s. In the final end credits scene for “Ms. Marvel,” Captain Marvel and Kamala Khan suddenly switch places, with Carol landing in Kamala’s room.

Monica Rambeau was a young child in “Captain Marvel.” She is the daughter of Carol’s best friend Maria, who has since passed away. Monica and Carol have had a falling out. In “WandaVision,” Monica Rambeau was exposed to the energy of Wanda Maximoff’s hex, which gave her superpowers. She gained the ability to absorb and manipulate energy, as well as the ability to fly and phase through solid objects.

Disneyland Paris celebrated the film with a special drone and projection show“The Marvels” merchandise is available at Walt Disney World.
