Fried Empanada filled with Turkey, Stuffing, and Gravy with Cranberry Dipping Sauce
This is literally Thanksgiving in a fried empanada. It’s perfect. The turkey is well cooked, and the gravy is flavorful. There are some carrot and celery chunks in there as well to round it out. It’s fried and served hot. The crust flakes apart as it should. The cranberry sauce adds some acidity to cut through the heaviness and gravy. This is Thanksgiving in your hand and it’s perfect to snack on.
