Kielbasa served with Potato and Cheese Pierogies, Sautéed Peppers and Onions, and Dijon-Sour Cream
This is the perfect comfort food in our book. The kielbasa has a kick, and paired with the dense pierogi, it’s a savory meal. The sour cream helps counter the spiciness. The pierogi has a super soft potato and cheese mix on the inside, kind of bland crust on the outside but still great paired with the sausage.
We recommend this and will be back for more over the season.
