A new Tokyo Disney Resort photo op coming next year is inspired by the resort’s old Today Guide, which was discontinued with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tokyo Disneyland Today Guide Photo Op
The photo op will launch on January 9, 2024, near Cinderella Castle. It makes the photo look like guests are on the cover of a Today Guide, with the “Today” wordmark superimposed across the top of the photo and Minnie and Mickey added to the bottom with the Tokyo Disney Resort wordmark.
For reference, here is one of the last ever Today Guides distributed in late 2019. It was a holiday-inspired guide for the month of December, featuring Mickey on the cover over the “Today” logo.
Today Guides were Tokyo Disney Resort’s version of Times Guide, with detailed information about shows, merchandise, and limited-time offerings.
