A new Disney Vacation Club Member Lounge is coming to Walt Disney World.
The new lounge was announced on January 2, 2024, and construction is set to begin sometime this year. No other details were announced.
New Disney Vacation Club Member Lounge Coming in 2024
The announcement reads, “Construction on a brand-new Disney Vacation Club Member Lounge will begin in 2024 at Walt Disney World. This will be a great place for members to relax and recharge during their day of fun!”
Of course, there is already a Disney Vacation Club Member Lounge at Walt Disney World, currently located in the former upstairs ImageWorks at the Imagination pavilion in EPCOT. That lounge has been marked as a “temporary” offering for years, being extended on an annual basis, but with the warning it may eventually be closed. While no announcement has been made, the construction of a new lounge could indicate that closure is finally coming, but it is also possible there will just now be two lounges at Walt Disney World.
Disneyland Park added a Disney Vacation Club Member Lounge in 2023 in Tomorrowland, titled Star View Station, and is opening a Disney Vacation Club Welcome Center at Disney California Adventure in 2024.
