Corra the Baby Elephant Makes Savanna Debut at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Corra the Baby Elephant, who was born in December 2023, has made her debut in the Savanna at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. This means that guests who ride Kilimanjaro Safaris have a chance to see her if she’s out and about.

Corra is the park’s first second-generation birth. Her mother, Nadirah, was born at the park, and Nadirah’s mother, Donna, lives there as well. Mac, Corra’s dad, also lives on the savanna. Young elephants tend to stay with their families until about 8 years old.

Disney shared a video, seen below, of baby Corra in action.

Corra was also the first elephant born at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in seven years.
