This separately ticketed event will take place on the following dates:

  • April 16, 18, 23, 25, and 30, 2024
  • May 2, 7, and 9, 2024

Each Star Wars Nite will begin with a pre-party mix-in at Disneyland Park from 6-9 p.m. PT, before the event officially starts. Guests will also be able to ride select attractions (often with lower wait times!) during the event.

Admission to Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite includes a souvenir credential and event guide map, as well as unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass photos taken during the event.

New and Returning Offerings

Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite returns to Disneyland Park later this spring.

This year’s Star Wars Nite will include new and returning offerings, with “new plot twists and enhanced entertainment.” Over 20 new treats will be available exclusively during the event, including:

  • Street-style Elote Burger at Hungry Bear Restaurant
  • Pork Belly Sisig-inspired Loaded Fries at Red Rose Taverne
  • Pineapple and Ube Crescent Sundae at The Tropical Hideaway
  • Chocolate Funnel Cake at Stage Door Cafe
  • Crab Fritters at Royal Street Veranda

Specialty items will also be available at Cafe Orleans, subject to availability. Reservations are recommended and can be booked online soon.

Guests who attend in Star Wars-themed costumes can take part in a special cavalcade alongside Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, who will march down Main Street, U.S.A. before taking a group photo in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle — which will be illuminated with galactic projections. Keep in mind that costumes are subject to Disney’s special event costume guidelines and should not be obstructive or offensive.

If you’ve got your own lightsaber, you can bring it to Disneyland Park and learn how to handle it with skill during the Star Wars Nite Lightsaber Instructional at “it’s a small world” mall. This lesson will include “all-new maneuvers specially crafted for this year’s recruits.”

A Master DJ will be spinning tunes on Main Street, U.S.A. for the Galactic Dance Party.

Guests are encouraged to bring their lightsabers and take part in a Resistance Show of Unity will take place at the Millennium Falcon in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

Captain Phasma and her unit of Stormtroopers will once again march through Tomorrowland, showing off the power of the First Order.

Finally, guests will be able to enjoy multiple Star Wars-themed photo opportunities, featuring “some new places and faces” from across the universe.

Tickets On Sale Soon, with Magic Key Pre-Sale

New for this year’s event, Inspire Magic Key holders will be the first to have a chance to purchase pre-sale tickets for Star Wars Nite.

On Tuesday, February 20, 2024 — no earlier than 9 p.m. — Inspire Key holders can purchase from a select amount of pre-sale tickets on Disneyland.com. On the following days, Wednesday, February 21 and Thursday, February 22, all Magic Key holders will be able to purchase from a select amount of pre-sale tickets.

On Friday, February 23 — again, no earlier than 9 p.m. PT — tickets will go on sale for the general public. As a reminder, tickets are limited and subject to availability.

New ‘Notify Me’ Option for Virtual Queue

Guests cosplaying as Star Wars characters in Galaxy's Edge.

For the first time ever, there will be a virtual queue for guests to utilize when purchasing their Star Wars Nite tickets.

Once in the online queue, guests can choose the “notify me” option and enter their email address. They will then receive an email when it’s their turn to return to the virtual waiting room to enter the ticket store website. From the time a guest’s purchase turn begins, they will have 10 minutes to use their link to return to the website.

If guests do not use their virtual queue link to return to the online waiting room, they will lose their place and have to re-join the queue at the back of the line. The link will become invalid once their turn has ended or after it has been used, whether tickets have been purchased or not.

Other Disneyland After Dark events for 2024 will be Pride Nite and Disney Channel Nite. This year’s first event, Sweethearts’ Nite, ran on select dates from January 23 through February 14, 2024.
