Disney’s Hollywood Studios Changes Early Entry Procedures

Disney’s Hollywood Studios has changed how hotel guests enter the park during early entry, which begins 30 minutes before the park opens to regular guests.

Previously, guests utilizing early entry would check in with a Cast Member at the left of the Disney’s Hollywood Studios ticket booths. The Cast Member confirms that the guest is staying at a Disney hotel and is eligible for early entry. Regular guests, meanwhile, could line up between the other booths until it was their turn to go in.

This week, Disney has switched things up, with more lanes open for hotel guests to check in between all of the ticket booths. Regular guests are being sent to the far right to line up.

  1. So now non hotel guests will be herded into a smaller space. On any given day non hotel guests outnumber hotel guests about 10 to 1.They should have a passholder lane like MK and Epcot!
