Fans of the Haunted Mansion have two new happy haunts to collect, with these Madame Leota and Hatbox Ghost magnets now available at Walt Disney World.
Madame Leota Magnet – $14.99
Found at Memento Mori, the gift shop outside of the Haunted Mansion in the Liberty Square section of Magic Kingdom, this die cut magnet features Madame Leota, one of the most iconic haunts of the attraction. This iteration is a modern, more youthful-looking Leota, compared to the one found inside the ride. Madame Leota’s appearance was altered in 2023, with the most notable change being the style of her hair.
Surrounding Leota are roses and other florals. Written above and below her is the phrase “Foolish mortals,” a reference to the welcoming script given by the mansion’s Ghost Host, which begins with, “Welcome, foolish mortals, to the Haunted Mansion!”
Hatbox Ghost Magnet – $14.99
Also at Memento Mori is this die cut magnet of the Hatbox Ghost. The Hatbox Ghost has caused quite a stir at Walt Disney World recently, with an animatronic of the unhappy haunt being added to the attraction in November of last year.
The Hatbox Ghost is outlined in black, with “The Haunted Mansion” written below him on a banner, using the same font as the plaque outside of the attraction.
