Ticket prices will increase next month for Disney Resort Line Monorail service at Tokyo Disney Resort.

Tokyo Disney Resort Monorail Price Increase

A single adult ticket is currently ¥260. Beginning on March 16, it will be ¥300. A day pass will increase from ¥660 to ¥700.

The increase is reportedly due to increased energy prices, refurbishments of the stations, and updates to ticketing gates.

The Disney Resort Line transports guests around Tokyo Disney Resort, starting at JR Maihama Station. It’s operated by the Maihama Resort Line Company, Ltd., a subsidiary of The Oriental Land Company, which owns Tokyo Disney Resort. Oriental Land Company is a subsidiary of Keisei Electric Railway Company.

Through September 1, guests can visit the “Enjoy the ride! Resort Liner” exhibit at the Resort Gateway Station. An old Type X Monorail is on display for guests to walk through and take photos in. Type C trains replaced the Type X trains in 2020.
