The first wave of collectibles coming this spring will be inspired by 1980s and 1990s comedies. Figures will include Jake Blues from “The Blues Brothers,” Andy Stitzer from “The 40-Year-Old Virgin,” and The Dude from “The Big Lebowski.”

Each 6-inch figure includes a numbered art card, backdrop, and an environmental base. A digital collectible of each figure will also be released.

More “exciting and nostalgic” characters will come in future waves.

It’s pretty cool to bring fans even more of their favorite characters – now from the rich library of NBCUniversal. With the recent launch of McFarlane Toys Digital, we have the unique ability to expand our Movie Maniacs brand, which began back in 1997, beyond our expertly detailed figures and into the digital world by offering our fans a new way to showcase their collections. NBCUniversal’s collection of iconic characters and stories make them an ideal partner for this exciting new venture.

Todd McFarlane, founder and CEO of McFarlane Toys.

The products will be available online and at retail locations worldwide. All digital products will be sold in conjunction with their physical collectibles and will be redeemable at mcfarlanetoys.digital.
