We learned last month that Vineyard Vines would soon open a store in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World. Work is underway to bring the shop to Town Center.
Vineyard Vines in Disney Springs
Vineyard Vines signage and advertisements have gone up on this storefront between Under Armour and L’Occitane en Provence.
A temporary billboard in front of the building features models wearing Vineyard Vines clothing and reads, “Every day should feel this good.”
Vineyard Vines offers preppy clothing and some housewares. Brothers Shep and Ian Murray founded the company in Martha’s Vineyard in 1998. There are now over 100 Vineyard Vines locations.
The pink whale logo is on the glass doors with the company’s wordmark. There’s a lockbox keeping the door closed. Black tarps on the other side block the view inside the store.
The doors also read “Clothing for men, women, & kids.” The signs don’t indicate when the store will open but the original announcement said “soon.”
The windows are covered in large advertisements.
There have been several recent changes to Disney Springs. The Alex and Ani store and The Art of Shaving closed permanently in January. Bowes Signature Candles shop opened in October, replacing Sosa Family Cigar Co. Lululemon moved to a new location.
Three years after Wolfgang Puck Express permanently closed, eet by Maneet Chauhan took over the empty location. Summer House on the Lake opened late last year, offering table-service dining and a quick-service Cookie Bar.
