The years-long reimagining of EPCOT will finally be complete this summer, when CommuniCore Hall and Plaza will open.

CommuniCore Hall & Plaza Opening

The final EPCOT construction walls will come down and guests will be able to visit CommuniCore Hall and Plaza beginning on June 10.

CommuniCore Hall will be home to EPCOT festivals and other celebrations. A new permanent Mickey & Friends meet and greet location will be inside the hall. Mickey and Minnie are currently still meeting guests at the Imagination! Pavilion in their Disney100 outfits.

Disney previously indicated CommuniCore Hall would have a demo kitchen, gallery space, and mixology bar.

The exterior features Spaceship Earth-inspired paneling and an EPCOT mural.

More luscious greenery and relaxing spaces will open in CommuniCore Plaza and Inspiration Gardens. When the plaza opens on June 10, a new “Encanto” show will debut.
