The Grand Cottage Installed at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort for Easter 2024

Crews have installed The Grand Cottage in the lobby of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa ahead of the 2024 Easter season.

The Grand Cottage

The Grand Cottage with white fence

The Grand Cottage is on one end of the resort’s lobby, currently with a white fence around it. The kiosk was first introduced in 2022 as a convenient spot to get Easter-themed treats. It returned in 2023.

When we visited the resort on Friday, it looked like crew members were setting up the cash registers. The Grand Cottage is scheduled to open on Sunday, March 3. Easter is on Sunday, March 31 this year.

Front of The Grand Cottage

The cottage design is similar to previous years, although it has received some fresh coats of paint. It’s mostly white, with blue panels on the back interior with shelves for displaying products. There is a blue curtain hanging in the back.

The Grand Cottage sign

A sign on the back reads “The Grand Cottage Est. 2022” in white lettering surrounded by gold filigree. The sign also features the resort’s “GF” logo and a chocolate bunny. It has a light blue border and large gold decorations on the sides of it.

The Grand Cottage decorative panels

The panels around the kiosk have been repainted but are still mostly soft pastels. They feature white designs of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and bees.

The panels are pink, blue, purple, blue, green, orange, and yellow. White latticework covers larger blue panels on the sides and back of the kiosk.

Back of The Grand Cottage

From the back, we saw some green decorations on the floor inside the kiosk.
