There are now construction walls up around the exit doors for Country Bear Jamboree inside Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe at Magic Kingdom.
Country Bear Jamboree Exit Construction
Previously, the exit doors were open for Cast Members to go backstage. A fence and ropes blocked guest access to the exit queue, even before the attraction’s closure. There are now large walls covered in scrim blocking exit area from view.
The walls surround the built-in fence and short hallway that guests would exit through.
They begin next to the fire extinguisher. A door is built into the walls for crew member access.
The walls extend to another backstage door into the Pecos Bill kitchen.
Country Bear Jamboree closed permanently in January of this year. In April, the show’s sign was covered in tarps. A new show, Country Bear Musical Jamboree, will open this summer. It will star the same bear characters but they will now sing country versions of classic Disney songs. Read the complete history of the Country Bear Jamboree at Disney Parks.
